This offer is for a free subscription to the Thrive app ending 31st March 2021. This offer is only available to members who hold an AXA PPP healthcare plan and their dependants who are aged 14 and over, and employees of small business clients of AXA PPP healthcare Limited.

This offer is non-transferable with no cash alternative. This offer is subject to availability only.

The Thrive mental health app is delivered by Thrive Therapeutic Software Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered number is 07928073.
