This offer is for a free subscription to the Thrive app ending 31 March 2022. This offer is only available to members who hold an AXA Health plan and their dependants who are aged 14 and over, and employees of small business clients of AXA Health.

The access code can be used once only per eligible plan member.

The Thrive mental health app is delivered by Thrive Therapeutic Software Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered number is 07928073.
