  • Phone help for psychological and mental health conditions, including fast access to a fully qualified counsellor just a phone call away or on email, with no GP referral needed.

  • Guide your teams to online help including practical, medical and wellbeing guides.
  • Increase the level of benefits your employees receive with EAP Premier, including up to eight sessions of face-to-face counselling, referral to a psychologist in complex cases and dedicated support for your management team.

  • Help with home and work life: practical, impartial support for home and family issues, as well as financial and legal matters such as dealing with debt, buying a house or your consumer rights, through our LifeManagementTM service.
  • Face-to-face counselling: up to eight sessions with a clinical specialist for each team member, as well as structured online live-chat counselling (EAP Premier).
  • Fast referral: direct to a psychologist in complex cases (EAP Premier).
  • Support for your managers: to help them to meet day-to-day team challenges (EAP Premier).

What's not covered?
