Fast Track Appointments

    • We're here to support you

If life throws you an unexpected challenge, little things can mean a lot. When it comes to your health, at AXA PPP healthcare, we believe that swift diagnosis and prompt treatment matter most to our members, along with genuine help, support and understanding from people who care.

      Fast Track Appointments

In 2015 with our Fast Track Appointment service our members were seen twice as fast as those with a GP named referral*

If you need to see a specialist, we can help by finding you one, fast. With an open referral from your GP, we can book your private specialist appointment, fast. With our Fast Track Appointments service, on average our members are seen twice as fast as those members whose GPs have referred them to a named private specialist*. We’ll even make sure we get back to you with your appointment details by the end of the next working day, if not before. In fact we get 91% of our members an appointment with an appropriate private specialist within 14 days*.

We can’t take the worry of illness away, but we can remove the hassle of making an appointment. So, as soon as you get in touch with a GP referral, you can rest assured that we’re working behind the scenes to get you seen as soon as possible.

*based on our 2015 Fast Track Appointments service data, recorded from the date the member called our Personal Advisory team.
