Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Feeling stressed or anxious is a normal part of many people’s lives, it’s Mother Nature’s way of helping us in certain situations.

But when our mental health is compromised, when it starts effecting everyday life, if we stop enjoying the things we usually love, feel sad and don’t know why, it’s important to talk to someone. The simple act of sharing how we’re feeling can help us feel less alone and, in turn help build and manage our mental resilience.
