Nutritional highlights

Lamb is a powerhouse for iron which is an essential part of haemoglobin – the part of red blood cells that carries oxygen around the body. It’s also not shy of vitamin B12 which helps keep our blood cells healthy. A lack of these important micronutrients can make you feel tired and weak.
