MyHealth app

    • At AXA PPP healthcare, we like you to be fully informed about every aspect of your health. Our free MyHealth app allows members of AXA PPP healthcare to register and start a claim and in some instances gain automatic authorisation for treatment. Members also have the ability to take a picture of documents and send to us directly as well as being able to send us any general questions about their plan.

      Make a claimDXA winner

      Members able to start a claim directly with our Customer Service department, we just need you to fill out a few pieces of information and our Customer Service team will be able to confirm your cover. For certain conditions the app is able to automatically confirm whether you are covered to go ahead with treatment.

      Send us a document

      Members can take a photo of a document such as an invoice or claim form and the app will upload this directly to our Customer Service department to deal with. It’s a quick and secure way for members to send us key information to ensure
      we have everything we need to complete their claim.
