Making a claim on your CashBack plan

    • We know that if you need to make a claim, you want the process to be as simple as possible. That's why we've made it simple with just 3 easy steps.

    • The claiming process

      1. Receive your treatment

        You can check your membership handbook to see what you can claim money back for. When you receive your treatment keep your receipts as you’ll need to send them to us.

      2. Send in your receipts with the completed claim form

        You can download your claim form here, or you can call us on 0345 605 0187 to request a claim form over the phone.

        Send your receipts and completed claim form to:

      3. We send your money back

        As long as your claim is covered, we’ll send you a cheque within 10- 14 working days.
