If you’re on Benefit Level 1 or 2 you can upgrade your plan to a higher level of cover. Our Personal Advisers will be happy to assist you if you’d like to change the level of your plan.
If there’s been any change in your personal details such as address, telephone number or your marital status please let us know.

If you’re unhappy with your cover or feel that the cover’s not right for you, please call us on 0800 158 3089.
You have 14 days to change your mind. During this period you have the right to cancel your plan and have your subscription refunded. This is explained in more detail in the ‘Legal Rights and Responsibilities’ section of your handbook. The cancellation period begins on the day your contract is agreed, or the day you received your plan terms and conditions if this is later and will also apply from each renewal date.
We may record and/or monitor calls for quality assurance, training and as a record of our conversation.
