I would like to upload a Medical Report in Support of a claim for a specific UK member

    • Sometimes we’ll ask you for a medical report so we can make a decision about a members claims. Usually we will tell you where to send this information, so please try and follow this instruction so we can deal with the claim quickly. If you’re not sure where to send the medical report and it’s for a UK policy, please enter the individuals membership number below and select ‘go’. You’ll then be able to submit this report. This may take a little more time, but we’ll make sure it gets to the right place.
