Is Alpha Lipoic Acid good for losing weight?
This is an interesting question as if you look on any Alpha Lipoic Acid product it will always say in the small print to stick to a healthy eating plan and follow a fitness programme, my point here is that you will simply lose weight by doing just that.
So my answer to your question is, in my personal and professional opinion, you can lose weight without using Alpha Lipoic by sticking to a healthy eating plan and doing some form of activity 5 times a week. One of its claims is that it helps regulate blood sugars ‒ again you can do this by making sure your diet always has Low Gi foods instead of High Gi, so I would recommend sticking to a Low Gi diet and walking 5 days a week, and this way you can easily and safely lose weight.
