The answer

According to evidence based data, there is no apparent interactions between taking iron, Xarelto and vitamin supplements. The only vitamin that you may need to be wary of is Vitamin E as there is some evidence that vitamin E may “reduce haematological response in anaemic patients given iron and vitamin E” concurrently.

We suggest you have a look at the available Vitamins on the market that may appeal to you, moreover, discuss your preferences with your GP to assess your specific needs.
