The answer

Dizziness can be one of the many physical symptoms that can come as part of an anxiety disorder. There are many other symptoms that can also be felt such as sweating, pins and needles, palpitations, insomnia and nausea. If dizziness is the only symptom, your doctor would want to check for other conditions first.

If you are suffering from anxiety or excessive worrying already, then it is more likely that the dizziness is all part of the same condition. Your doctor will be able to help you as there are various treatments that can really work (including tablets and talking therapies). Make an appointment to get some help.
