Do you need to see a GP ASAP?

Would you like to speak with a doctor by video or phone at a time that suits you?

Our Doctor@Hand service, delivered by Doctor Care Anywhere, offers a doctor appointment by video or phone at a time that suits you.

The answer

The toe numbness if intermittent is possibly related to the pressure of standing for long periods, it can also be related to foot wear if this is tight, so this needs to be considered.

Shin pain can be caused by several things, inflammation being the more common cause. Massage therapy does help circulation but will have no effect on inflammation.

I would suggest you see your GP to check your circulation to ensure this is not the problem before planning any massage therapy.
