The Answer

As you have already had some blood tests, I presume you have been to see your doctor about your symptoms. I would want to examine your shoulders and legs before making a diagnosis.

More information about your history (such as what type of exercises you do and your posture at work) may help also find a cause. A physiotherapist would possibly be the next step. Exercises to help stretch and strengthen the areas that are affected might really benefit you.
