I can't stop smoking and I have CT scan for arteries. can I still go in for my scan?

The answer

Smoking is not usually a reason for a CT scan to not be performed on the arteries. Smoking can affect the condition of the arteries however and a CT scan would demonstrate this. I hope this answers your query and best of luck with the scan.
