Why do I get regular swelling of ankles for no apparent reason

The Answer

There are many reasons for swollen ankles; it could be related to the heat for example. However if this problem is prolonged you should get an assessment from your GP. He knows your past medical history and has a list of your medications, all of these things many be pertinent in diagnosing your problem. In the meantime you might consider using a cream such as E45 to keep the skin supple and hydrated.
