How can I beat mood swings with an overactive thyroid? Because my moods are up and down.
Mood swings are a symptom of Hypothyroidism and could indicate that your treatment may need adjusting. You do not mention which treatment you currently take; this should be discussed with your GP or Endocrinologist if you have been referred to one.
The symptoms should subside once the correct treatment has been established for you.
