The answer

There can be several causes of blurred vision, from being near sighted, to conjunctivitis, dry eye syndrome, retinal detachment, glaucoma, diabetes, stroke or migraine’s. Treatment will depend on diagnosis. If your blurred vision is on-going we would suggest you see your optometrist as soon as possible. They may need to direct you to your GP or your nearest eye hospital if retinal detachment, glaucoma, diabetes or stroke is suspected. Retinal detachment will require surgery, diabetes, glaucoma and migraine’s will require medication, a stroke requires emergency hospital treatment. Hopefully this will help you,
