The most common cause of night sweats, unrelated to the weather, is infection; this can be low grade or chronic. Occasionally it can be a hormonal issue, but this is less common. I would suggest talking to your GP as they will need to take a blood test to rule out any infection, and diagnosis will dictate treatment. Hopefully this will help you,
