I have really changed the way I am eating and I have a personal trainer 2 times a week. However, I am not losing weight. I have been training hard for 4 weeks and eating healthily but have had no results. I am worried now.
Adaptation takes 6-8 weeks to occur in the body and in some cases can take up to 3 months. There is also the consideration that you could be training hard and turning fat into muscle which will weight more than fat (this is fine). It is important to focus on other things rather than the number on the scales. This could be how you are feeling (more energetic, lively, fresh) and also how their clothes are fitting and how they look.
