The answer

To suggest ways to control your toilet habit you will need to see your doctor to determine the cause of why you need to pass stool every 30 to 45 minutes. There can be many causes from a naturally fast gastro intestinal transit, faecal impaction or inflammation of the small or large bowel.

If this is something new for you, we would suggest seeing your GP as soon as possible and discuss referral to a gastroenterologist. Hopefully this will help you.
