Blocked nose

I've had a blocked nose for a long time. The nose spray can solve this but I don't think that it's the best way. It's like an allergic rhinitis. Could you help me?

The answer

Allergic Rhinitis is caused by the immune system reacting to an allergen as if it were harmful.

The best recommendation is to regularly rinse out nostrils with the solution advised. This rinses out the nose of all allergenic particles. There is unfortunately no one cure and it is about what works best for you.

The below link provides information about how to prevent it depending on what the triggers are.
