I constantly have a blocked nose, which is affecting my sinuses everyday. This is throughout the year. I have tried nose sprays and many things to prevent sneezing and being blocked up everyday. What could be the cause of this?

The Answer

The symptoms you describe could be related to allergies or a sinus problem such as an infection.

These are common conditions but need the correct diagnosis for which you need to consult your G.P. Long term use of some nasal preparations is not recommended without your doctors’ advice.
