MembersThis is a hard one on which to advise because there are so many possible causes for itching. Not only are there dermatological (skin) causes such as some kind of allergic reaction but also night-time itching can be a sign of an internal disorder including some blood disorders. My suggestion is to try an anti-histamine over the counter but if this doesn't work then see your GP.
We’re here to help you take care of your health - whenever you need us, wherever you are, whether you're an AXA PPP healthcare member or not.
Our Ask the Expert service allows you to ask our team of friendly and experienced nurses, midwives, counsellors and pharmacists about any health topic.
