So sorry that after your initial improvement you are now in pain again. It is a possibility that the operation and recovery has put stress on the surrounding areas. This is because when part of us is injured and healing, we hold ourselves differently to compensate for the injury. It may improve as you get stronger and maybe further physio would be of benefit to you. Whilst there is inflammation however you should rest and take the anti-inflammatory as prescribed.
It is impossible at this stage to say whether this is a new condition or part of your previous surgery, time will tell. Report any changes to your GP and continue to seek their support whilst the symptoms persist.
