If you experience pins and needles only when you are walking, it could be caused by pressure on your foot.
Feet and ankles
If the toe is very discoloured, cold to the touch, you are unable to bend it, or you experience pins and needles in it, these are all indications that it may need to be seen by a GP.
I suggest that you bathe your feet twice a day in an emollient such as Oilatum, Diprobath or Doublebase and then ensure your feet are thoroughly dry before applying a moisturiser.
