Own Your Fears – Chris and Jenny’s story

It's rare to see Chris and Jenny sit still these days. But just nine years ago Chris was grounded – told by his GP that his blood pressure was dangerously high and as a result, had his flying licence revoked. It was his fear of losing more of his passions, and being stuck on the sofa as he grew older, that first moved him to take to the cross-fit machine and pursue a career in fitness.

Jenny, Chris' wife, watched his radical transformation and feared being left behind as he became fitter, so began training of her own.

Now they run together every day!
