Please can you tell me what is the recommended weight range for a female, aged 31 who is 5' 4"?
The best way to work out if your weight is within healthy range is by calculating your body mass index (BMI). A healthy BMI is 18.5 to 25. You can easily find calculators to do this on the internet. For your height, a healthy weight range is between 7st 10lb and 10st 6lb. Or 49 kg to 63 kg.
