The answer

Thanks for your question. Any increase in activity can help to lose weight and walking can be very beneficial to your overall health as well as aid weight loss. However without knowing your weight daily calorie intake and how much you want to lose it isn’t possible to know the amount of walking required. Current guidelines suggest thirty minutes of walking daily is the minimum to help improve and maintain health.
