The answer

We cannot recommend home cholesterol testing kits as AXA does not produce these or test these products. If you are looking for a home test you can discuss this with your local pharmacist and they will be able to suggest one that best fits your needs. If you are looking for a cholesterol test you will be able to do this via your GP surgery. This is done as a fasting test so you will not be permitted to eat any food for at least 8 hours prior to blood test and your overall cholesterol level will be checked, as well as triglyceride levels, HDL and LDL cholesterol levels. Your GP will be able to recommend treatment depending on these results if needed. Hopefully this will help you,
