Spots between fingers

Hello, I periodically get a strange rash or series of spots between my fingers on my right hand only. The cycle starts when a cluster of raised clear sports like a sweat rash appears between two fingers, over the next 2-3 days similar spots appear between other fingers while the original spots develop sometimes with little dark spots (possibly blood under the skin) and soon scab a little, then over 5-6 days clear up. Not particularly itchy. Then nothing until it repeats 8-10 weeks later. Always right hand only. Possibly sweat induced as I have noticd it's related to running in cold months wearing gloves, possibly also related to water so I always dry between fingers very thoroughly when washing hands.

The answer

There are a great many skin conditions that can affect the hands (approximately fifty).  Some common conditions include, pompholyx,  atopic eczema and contact dermatitis. If the diagnosis of your skin condition  is unclear, please ask you general practitioner as to whether there is a clinical need to refer you onto dermatology.
