The answer

Thank you for your question.

It is unclear from your question the duration of time you have been experiencing this issue for, and also if you have any significant past medical history which may have been attributing to the problem, and how often the issue is occurring. Any new changes to bodily functions which are not a normal situation for you should always be discussed with your GP for assessment and any further investigations that they may want to explore to define the cause, and any possible treatments.

We feel that without this information it is very difficult to make any suggestions as to the cause. Therefore I would suggest that you make an appointment to see your GP at the earliest possible date to discuss in full with them.
