With regards to the symptoms you have described, there may be many explanations. It is unclear if your symptoms are present continuously or if it is a sporadic sensation, or the length of time you have experienced them.

With regards to this, it may be suggested that you seek advice from your GP who will examine the area, and also take a full medical history from you. Depending in this assessment, your GP will discuss with you if it is necessary to perform any further investigations into the cause.
