The heart rate during moderate exercise is about 50-69% of your maximum heart rate, whereas heart rate during hard physical exercise is about 70% to 90% of the maximum heart rate. These are only guidelines and your physical fitness will play a major part in this. Other medical conditions can impact on your tolerance of a higher heart rate and certain medications will lower your heart rate as part of the desired medicinal effect. If you do have a heart condition or other medical conditions do consult your doctor before embarking on a new exercise regime. Hopefully this will help you,
