What is it good for? - This is very good for bone health, cramp and muscular relaxation. It also helps with stress and anxiety.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 large handful of curly kale
  • 200ml of organic apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach


Put all the ingredients into a blender and process on the highest setting until smooth. Serve with ice – its always better chilled!
