Nutritional highlights

No artificial colours, sweeteners or flavourings in this recipe! Keeping it natural, this recipe only uses natural foods. Dates are rich in nutrients and fibre and may be good for blood sugar maintenance. Considering their sweet taste, these fruits actually have a low glycaemic impact, meaning that they are not placing as much demand on our insulin. Cinnamon is always a great way to add natural sweetness to foods without the calories or sugar.
