BBQ tamarind salmon with lemongrass and chilli
Salmon is a very nutritious food that is high in protein and rich in healthy omega 3 fats. Omega 3 fats can help to reduce inflammation in our bodies, which has been identified as being a root cause of many health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancers and arthritis.
Omega 3s also help prevent the blood clots that cause many strokes. Salmon provides plenty of vitamin D, needed for good bone health, as well as B vitamins, magnesium and selenium.
