Often the questions we have regarding our health come when we least expect it. Through our 24/7 health support line if your employees have a question about their health they needn’t wait or worry. We’re here to help put your employees’ minds at ease. No worry is too small – if it matters to them, it matters to us.

Emergencies

The 24/7 health support line cannot respond to emergencies. If your employee requires an urgent response or has a medical emergency we ask they call 111/999 or attend A&E.

Your people can check their medication with a pharmacist. Discuss their treatment options with a nurse. Talk to a counsellor about how they’re feeling. Speak to a midwife about their pregnancy. They can call and ask us anything they like about their health, anytime.

Nurse helpline open 24/7. Midwives and pharmacists available: 8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm - Saturday, 8am to 12pm - Sunday. If lines are busy, we’ll offer a call back, or action a voicemail.

Sometimes you want to explore a health issue in more detail. Our Online Health Centres ‘Staying Healthy’ make this easy. They bring together the latest information, facts and tips from our own experts, leading medical authorities, specialist charities and NHS resources.

Your teams can place their thoughts in email and ask our health professionals that niggling concern -  we will aim to get back within 24 hours. The team have many years of experience across a range of disciplines.

When it comes to heart disease or cancer, there is no roadmap to follow. Our experienced heart and cancer nurses are here, following diagnosis, to listen, support and help and be a consistent point of contact.

You can get help with everything from heart, diabetes and cancer concerns, pregnancy and baby’s health, upcoming treatments, or questions about your medicine.

  • You might be worried about a new diagnosis or some upcoming surgery. Ask one of our experienced nurses.
  • You may have some questions about your prescribed medication. One of our pharmacists will be happy to help.
  • Maybe you need some reassurance during those worrying newborn days. Speak to one of our friendly midwives.
