Tackling the stigma of mental ill health

    • White paper 1 smaller

AXA PPP healthcare research clearly shows that mental ill health continues to be a significant issue in the workplace. There has been a positive shift in awareness amongst mangers that mental ill health is a legitimate reason for employees to be off work. However, employers still need to do more to encourage employees to talk about their mental health, especially when compared with attitudes towards physical health.

This white paper explores how organisations can optimise their health and wellbeing strategy for mental health as well as physical health.
