The answer

I think what you are suffering from is tiredness and exhaustion without any obvious cause. There are many causes of tiredness but if there are no other accompanying symptoms with it, it can be difficult for doctors to target what the exact cause is. Most doctors start but doing some routine blood tests, to check the common causes such as anaemia and hypothyroidism. There are other blood tests that can see if there is any general inflammation in the body. Chronic fatigue syndrome or post-viral fatigue is sometimes diagnosed in these cases. I am sorry I can’t give you a reason for your symptoms. You may wish to discuss if further with your doctor to make sure all serious causes have been excluded.
