The answer

Research will indicate that visiting the gym in the morning is the best time for promoting fat loss. This is because you are exercising at a time when your blood sugar is at its lowest and the body is forced to utilise more body-fat as fuel. An added benefit of visiting the gym in the morning is that your training is done and dusted for the day, leaving your evenings free for important time with friends and family. If you feel you need a lift before training in the morning, a black coffee (before and not after) will also help the body mobilise fats prior to exercise.
