Turkey escalopes in tart cherry sauce
Tart cherry juice may be the secret ingredient for a good night’s sleep. In a small study, melatonin-rich tart cherry juice was shown to aid sleep. When adults with chronic insomnia drank a cup of tart cherry juice twice a day, they experienced some relief in the severity of their insomnia. Turkey is a good source of tryptophan which is converted to the brain chemical serotonin and helps you to feel relaxed and sleepy.
