I need to gain some weight, I’m skinny. Please recommend me some diets.
It is important to gain weight in a healthy way, rather than by just eating lots of junk foods. Essentially you need to increase the number of calories that you eat every day. You can do this by simply increasing your meal size or by adding extra smaller meals in between. The extra foods you eat must be healthy. Examples of foods you could add to your diet are nuts, seeds, olives and avocados. Also increase the amount of dairy, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit you eat. Serve yourself larger portions of starchy vegetables such as potatoes. You could also add an extra piece of wholemeal toast with peanut butter or cheese to each meal.
