The Answer

As you have not specified your age or any other symptoms it is difficult to determine possible causes of your symptoms. If you are not menopausal, the symptoms may be related to hormonal changes, either pre- menstrual changes or possible early stages of pregnancy.

If you are in an early menopausal phase, these symptoms can also be present due to hormone fluctuations. Without any further information this is merely speculation. If you are concerned I would suggest you follow up with your GP to identify the cause of your symptoms. Hopefully this will help you.
