The answer

You have not asked a specific question here but based on what you have stated, I assume that you are worried about this young girl. She should be having some form of treatment already from her spinal consultant. Surgery may be needed if the pain from the slipped disc does not settle on its own. You may also find contacting the scoliosis association (SAUK) useful. Sharing your own experiences with other sufferers and their families can be a great comfort. I do hope that she recovers very quickly.
