This App does seem to crash a lot but other than that it has got some excellent features which as a personal trainer I can see are very valuable fitness tools that can help you reach your fitness goals.

The first feature that jumps out at me is that you can set a constant beat as a pacer which helps you to keep your pace to a set speed. This feature is easy to switch on and off but if you need that extra push when you are out walking, then switch this feature on!

The other great benefit with this App is that you can use your music from your existing playlist as background music. This feature is great and if you have some fast upbeat tunes it can help motivate you to keep going.

If you should want to add in the occasional run to your walk then you can easily alter the settings of the pedometer to your running step length using the App’s simple slider bar feature. The App’s pedometer is very accurate and the App caters for complete beginners by explaining how to measure both walking and running stride.

Summary: I would recommend this App if you are keen to improve your walking. The App has a facility that allows you to measure how many steps you take daily and, for complete beginners to fitness, this App would be a great way of becoming more active as logging the amount of steps you take is a great incentive to aim for more the next day!

App Rating: I would give this App 2.5 out of 5. This App is good if you are keen to start to be more active as you can make full use of seeing how many steps you take daily.
