The answer

A vaginal prolapse is the most common type of prolapse. It normally gives the sensation of something coming down or out of the vagina. It can cause discomfort in the vagina or cause a feeling of fullness. It can also cause discomfort during sex. A prolapse can be the cause of urine leaking when you cough, sneeze or exercise. Prolapses are common, more common in older women and in those who have had children.
