The answer

There are many causes of dizziness. Firstly, your doctor would need to establish the type of dizziness that you suffer from. Is it “vertigo” (a feeling of spinning or motion), or does the dizziness come after standing up quickly? The causes of dizziness can include some serious things that need to be excluded, such as high/low blood pressure, anaemia, heart conditions, low blood sugar, dehydration and medication side effects. So it is certainly worthwhile making yourself an appointment for a check-up with your doctor.
