Hi I have private medical insurance through Pfizer for myself, husband and youngest daughter (15) and I can see that you offer counselling, but I wondered if this would be covered under my insurance and also whether I need to have a dr's referral? My daughter is being bullied at school and although they're supposed to be working on it, she's being so affected by it that she's losing her hair, so I really think she could do with having someone to talk to about everything that's going on. She is also having blood tests in case it's not related to the bullying, but either way losing her hair is not a nice thing to be going through. It is also an important year with her GCSE's coming up and interviews for college and 6th forms so I'd like to get something set up asap. Many thanks Fiona
