Do you need to see a GP quickly?

Would you like to speak with a doctor by video or phone at a time that suits you?

Our Doctor@Hand service, delivered by Doctor Care Anywhere, offers a doctor appointment by video or phone at a time that suits you.

The answer

Have you asked your sister if she has been told her prognosis? She may have asked the doctors herself, or she may not want to know. I suspect, from what you have said, that she is indeed very seriously ill. It is always difficult to predict a prognosis because every patient is different and individual. I would recommend that you spend as much time as you can with your sister now. It would be very sad to regret it later if you don't.
